What You'll Need: 2 lbs. beef for stewing, cut into 1-inch cubes; 5 cups fresh vegetables (carrots, onions, celery, potatoes), chopped; 1-1/3 cups water; 1 package Crock-Pot Beef Stew Seasoning Mix. Directions: 1. Place meat and chopped vegetables in slow cooker. 2. Combine entire seasoning mix with 1-1/3 cup water until blended. Pour over meat and vegetables. Stir well. 3. Cover & cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, until meat is tender. Do not remove cover during cooking. Use for beef stew, pepper steak, braised beef and more! Open.
